Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, we’ll notify you by email or phone.

Order Tracking

International Shipping

We currently ship to GCC countries. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees that are applied by your country’s customs office. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at online support center with your order number and photos so we can assist you.
